The measures 0,6 per 1000 and 0,8 per 1000 mm of half hard copper ribbon are available on stoke. Cuting to size upon request.

From the thickness mentioned in the table we can obtain strips to size.

Strip larges produced are: 600 – 1000 – 1250. For reasonable quantities it is possible to provide large requested.

Strip is used in building industry for gutters, drainpipe, facades and roof  realizations; in telegraphic,  electromechanical sectors; urban design.

The annealed copper can’t be folded easily because  of its high fracture risk.

The  annealed copper is obtain during  heating to the temperature that is lower than the fusion temperature.

This procedure makes copper  mild and homogeneous.

During the heating the material microstructure is altered changing its properties like  flexibility and  hardness.

The Cu-ETP copper - (Electrolytic Tough Pitch) is obtained by electrolytic refining  and characterized by the presence of oxygen and the absence of phosphorus.

 The Cu – DHP is the  totally oxygen free copper with the relatively high

 phosphorous content. The phosphorus presence permits to remove fragility, improve the cold plastic deformability; increase the soldering attitude.

The Cu-DHP copper is used in coverings and  sheet metal works, tubes producing for  fluid distribution systems.

Phosphorus reduces electrical conductivity that is why for electrical and electrotechnical applications the CU-ETP copper is used.
